Here’s a delicious Chocolate Chip Banana Bread recipe for you!
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
3/4 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
Mash bananas in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Combine wet and dry ingredients by gently folding the flour mixture into the banana mixture. Be careful not to overmix.
Fold in chocolate chips, reserving a few to sprinkle on top.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips.
Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Enjoy warm or at room temperature! Perfect with coffee, tea, or a glass of milk.
